Bugaboo Stamps Challenge - Valentines with a Twist
This is my first time entering a specific challenge (aside from the Greeting Farm relay last week, but that had no specific instructions other than to use the free digi). This one is the Bugaboo Stamps/Catch the Bug challenge for Valentines with a Twist, consisting of non-traditional colors (i.e. no reds or pinks). Here is my entry:
I'm sorry I didn't photograph this very well. The dog's brown is much lighter in real life, and the whole card is at an odd angle here. Hopefully I'll get better at the photographery part in time.

Baby Card
Card the Second
My First Card!
I've been viewing and commenting on inkstamping blogs and forums for about six months now, and gradually building up a small supply of rubber and digi stamps, as well as a very basic set of Copics. I was finally inspired to complete my first card for the Greeting Farm relay. I have a long way to go in terms of learning how to color with Copics and building up supplies (I have no Cuttlebugs or Nestabilities or anything!), but it's still fun even at this early stage.
I recycle a lot, and I've been saving tissue boxes for use in cards and art trading cards. The blue swirly design here is from a tissue box. I cut a few wavy pieces to make a wave effect.
